From Heart to Milk.
Breastfeeding support and lactation education for mothers + families.
About Me
I’m Tarina, also a mother to two sweet babes. I started breastfeeding how I later found out many do: with an awful start! This motivated me to become a certified Lactation Specialist (IBCLC) and Postpartum Doula, making sure others had the guidance I was missing.
Most recently, I’ve become a milk donor (especially important in times of COVID) to babies in the NICU and to families otherwise in need.
I enjoy teaching classes before welcoming babies, one on one consults (virtual are available), while educating and emotionally supporting Mothers and Families.
Breastfeeding is a DEEPLY personal experience and the same scenario does not work for everyone. My goal is to nurture the family as a whole during this transition into parenthood.
Here I am nursing my 7 week old daughter. I look forward to offering a supportive space for you and your children. (From your Heart to your Milk)

Wholehearted Commitment
I am dedicated to helping others embrace and discover their full breastfeeding potential for both child and parent. Also a Postpartum Doula, I focus on strategies for scenarios you may encounter in your first year as a new parent.
Offering a safe space for mothers and families, through evidence-based information, I lovingly answer questions surrounding nursing, pumping and nutrition rhythms of your new normal.
We discuss pumping schedules, return-to-work plans, proper bottle feeding, and appropriate supplementation practices + weaning support for infants and toddlers. Having nursed two children of my own, I find this certainly helps with some firsthand insight.
